New date for 2018/2019
We are embarking on our 13th annual carnival at Beaver Tech! This carnival is our biggest (and most fun) fundraiser of the year. Many schools sell popcorn or chocolates, wrapping paper or sausages, but not at Beaver! We totally put the FUN in fundraising!

Children wearing a Wristband ($20 each) will have unlimited access to games, all inflatables, the Glow Zone,
Photo Booth, Beaver Salon, Face Painting, and Train Rides. Wristbands do not include food or food vendors. Students, siblings, and community members can participate, but they will each need a wristband. Toddler (3 and under) wristbands are available for $10 each.
Star Card punches can be purchased for 50¢ each star as a “pay as you play” option on site. Star Cards will
also be required for food purchases. A full Star Card equals 20 stars for $10.

All items can be purchased the the Wristband Sales Booths at Carnival.
PRE-SALES can be purchased with our order form or online (organization code BEAVER). Participants will have the opportunity to pick up wristbands in advance, so no need to wait in line, and just start the fun!
The first 100 pre-sale wristbands will get a FREE 5-punch star card!
This year, there has been a #shakeup! Our Auctions and Raffles are no exception. We will be raising money in 3 ways with a free raffle open to ALL students.

ONLINE AUCTION, Ends at 3:00pm Saturday
The Online Auction is new to Beaver Tech this year. What else would you expect from a tech school, right? We will be using an auction website to raise money on some of our BIGGEST sellers, like teacher dates and science summer camp. We'll go live the week of Carnival!
SILENT AUCTION, 10:00am-1:00pm
Our Silent Auction is back just as before, showcasing some of our families best homemade products as well as grade level gift baskets donated by our our Beaver Tech families coming together to raise big money for our school (outdoor classroom, here we come!). You must be present to bid, but don't worry, we'll let you know exactly what you'll need to keep your eye on!
RAFFLE
This year, we'll be letting go of some of our bigger ticket items, so make sure you get your hands on some cheap raffles tickets with a bigger payouts! Raffle tickets can be purchased for $1 each or 6 for $5 pre-sale or on-site. Raffle bucket will close at 1:00pm. You won't need to be there to win, but tickets must be LEGIBLE, and phone numbers must be correct!
STUDENT DRAWING
Every student at Beaver Tech will get a chance to be a winner with our new Student Drawing. Every student will receive his or her own drawing ticket AT NO COST! Drawing will happen during announcements the week before Carnival.

This year, we are SUPER excited to bring you the Teddy Bear Mobile! You can build a bear on-site at Carnival this year! You can choose from lots of different animals, stuff them yourself and add a special recorded wish, all for only $20. You can add on a custom BEAVER TECH T-SHIRT too for only $5 more and outfits are only $10. You can pre-order your new favorite stuffy online (organization Code BEAVER) or send the form to school by April 5th!

The kids come for the games, but really, the grown-ups come for the food! Our Beaver Carnival has always had the kids and family favorite Stadium Concessions with pizza, nachos, hot dogs, and candy.
We aren't stopping there though! That's just lunch. What about the treats?? We have Garland's favorite, Kona Ice, back by popular demand, and the delicious creamy goodness of Dippin' Dots on site! This year, we are upping the game with an edible craft! Sand-Crafters Pucker Powder is a booth that's just plain fun! Kids will get to make sand art tubes with their own flavors for only 6 Stars ($3.00). You craft it, you eat it!
